With a dynamic background in the field of law, Mr. Exarchou’s presence in ENM SA has been of vital importance. He has a bachelors’ degree from the Law School of the University Of Thessaloniki Greece and has studied in England (School of Law, University of Manchester ) and obtained a diploma in English Legal Studies and a Master’s of Laws degree. He also has a Ph.D. in International Tax Planning.

With experience acquired from every corner of the globe, his field of expertise includes international construction contract/law, international taxation and business development, tender documentation and tender procedure for construction contracts and real estate development, international construction arbitration/mediation and construction contract and claims management.

Mr. Exarchou has been involved in well-known BOT projects in Greece (Metro of Thessaloniki, Rio Antirio Bridge) and abroad (Mafraq STP Abu Dhabi, Blue City Oman etc) and the last 10 years he has been advising European Contractors as well as Major Local Real Estate Developers for projects in the Middle East Region (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait ). He has acted for many internationally well known Contractors in Europe, Asia and North Africa.
